He is a tax expert that is licensed as an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service. His expertise covers taxation for the following types of entities: Individual, Corporation, Subchapter “S” Corporation, Partnership, Limited Liability Company, Tax Exempt Organization, and Fiduciary. He is also a financial analyst with more than a decade of experience evaluating publicly traded companies for institutional investors.

When Joshua is not working hard for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Faviola and their two children Danica and Omar. He also enjoys fitness, watching sports, and is an avid sports card collector.
